Le Court Club FAQs
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard), PayPal and Google Pay.
Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders as most of our products are shipped from the US. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Payment may be required at delivery.
Eg. For orders sent to Canada, the shipping provider may ask you for an optional payment to clear customs prior to delivery for faster customs clearance. It is up to you to honour the payment at that time.
Where do you ship?
For now, we ship to North America (US, Canada) and Europe (France, Spain, Portugal). More countries to come soon!
How much are shipping fees?
We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, shipping fees depend on your location and are calculated at checkout.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Please contact us at lecourtclub@gmail.com within two hours of the order being placed if you would like to cancel or edit your order. We'll be able to confirm if the cancellation/edit is possible or not.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. You can download Shop If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line.
When will my order ship?
Usually, it takes 3–5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location and time of year. Holiday season make cause some delays in shipping out orders.
Most our products are fulfilled and shipped from the US, so Canadian customers may experience a longer shipping process (typically between 10-15 days).
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
Contact us within 5 days of receiving the item with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

Our return policy depends on your specific case.

Otherwise, we unfortunately don’t offer returns and exchanges for now.

All our products are carefully sourced and made with certified organic or recycled materials.
